“Phil was absolutely wonderful! I heard that characteristic loud bang and knew one of my garage door springs had broken. I called a number of the bigger local outfits and was only able to speak with customer service agents/schedulers and nobody was able to quote me a price range but instead that it would be “$$$ to come inspect and then we’ll give you a price.” I mean—we’re talking spring repair and I wanted a price. I put inquiries out to neighborhood social media and EVERYBODY recommended Northway/Phil. When I spoke with Phil, he was more than happy to give me an estimate over the phone and we scheduled for the following day. He recommended high cycle replacement springs which I said I wanted and he believed he had them in stock but that, if he didn’t, he could put temporary ones in. It wound up being unnecessary bc he did have them but I sure did appreciate his offer! The work he did was impeccable, he was prompt, professional and friendly! You can’t go wrong with Northway & Phil!!! 😊😊😊”

“Phil, came out and did 2 high lift conversions for me with side mount openers. He even pointed me towards a cheaper option for one of the doors that would still serve my needs. Very fair pricing, quick turnaround, pretty much installed within a week of parts arriving and done correctly the first time. Would recommend and use again!”

“The best around. This is the second time we used them.
The first time was to replace a garage spring. I agreed on the price (already better than others pricing). When they came out to fix it the owner said “That’s a smaller spring than I quoted you for, it will be less than I quoted.” Not many companies out there would be that honest.
Today they replaced the trim around the garage door to keep the chipmunks out.
If you are even looking at a different company, stop. Hire Northway Garage Doors LLC.”

“There was a collision with a car and my door came off the roller tracks one evening. Called first thing next morning and had a working garage door by afternoon plus a repaired weatherstrip and greased to quieten its travel. All for a really reasonable cost and couldn’t have been nicer. So glad I used this company.”

“Our garage door fell apart and Phill came over to fix it so that we could still use it prior to having it replaced with no charge at all. Once the door arrive Phill arrive promptly, installed the new door, opener, programed our keypad and replaced weather stripping. Couldn’t of been happier with out experience.”

“Really professional, he contacted me for his estimated time of arrival couple time so that I wouldn’t wait for couple hours window. Once he arrived, he almost immediately fixed the problem, and made the door moving smoother than before. Although I wouldn’t want to have another garage door problem in next decade, I strongly recommend Phil to any garage door related work!”
